Snow

Cold Arctic air combined with a frontal system sliding down the British Columbia coast is continuing to produce widespread snow. Further snowfall amounts of up to 5 cm are expected this morning before snow picks up this evening again. The main brunt of this storm storm will be just slightly south of us.

The cold air will persist over inland sections with additional snowfall amounts of 30 to 45 cm expected through Monday over Howe Sound and 10 to 20 cm in Whistler by Monday morning. A series of systems are forecast over the week. Wednesday looks to be the most intense precipitation.
