It rained pretty hard overnight. 27.1mm in the rain guage, and still raining. An upper low in Southern Alberta is spreading extensive moisture across Southern British Columbia. Rain has spread across the southern interior and into parts of the Central Interior. Rainfall amounts so far have been in the 20 to 40 mm range except over the southeast where rainfall amounts ranged from 40 to 80 mm. Additional rainfall amounts today will be in the 10 to 20 mm range but over the southeast amounts up to 30 mm are possible. Heavy rain will gradually ease over many areas later today as the low weakens.
