Approaching system tonight

The ridge of high pressure that has been plaguing us is about to be replaced with a low pressure system on Thursday evening. The low move down from North Coast early Thursday and should reach the South Coast by late Thursday. The low will pass roughly right over Whistler creating a bit of a hole in the storm so forecast precipitaation amounts will be lower than in other areas. A weak ridge will build behind this system on Saturday.
