Increasing clouds

A ridge of high pressure will remain in place for one more day as weak system approaches, high clouds will stream in today. Thursday afternoon/ evening a pacific front is due to arrive by afternoon. It should bring light to moderate accumulations to the alpine Thursday night through Friday above about 1100m-1600m. Saturday may see light snowfall however the weather models show the main precipitation to the north of us through Sunday when some warmer air from the southwest along with another pacific front.
