A ridge of high pressure

April continues to perform up in the alpine after a good storm on good Friday filled things back in. Today should see some convective clouds building in the afternoon. A ridge of high pressure builds Wednesday and Thursday. The flow then starts a dramatic change to the NW bringing in series systems, cold air and more snow possibly to the valley bottom.
