Cool and showery



  .SYNOPSIS...Low pressure aloft and onshore flow will prevail for 
  the next week for a chance of showers each day and highs near or 
  slightly below normal. 
 SHORT TERM...An upper trough will move over the area today with 
  low level onshore flow. This will cool highs back to near normal 
  and introduce a small chance of showers. 
   
  An upper low over the northeast Pacific will move southeast to a 
  point just offshore western Washington Thursday and Friday. The 
  shower threat will increase as the upper 
  low nears. Highs will be slightly below normal
