More snow then clearing

We've received another 65cm this week and another 13cm at 10pm Friday. Winds up top are blowing pretty hard so there should be good wind transport to smooth everything over again. The system tonight will peter out overnight and leave us with a clean slate up top again for tomorrow morning. The rest of the weekend looks nice with a sunny day on Sunday. A weak ridge of high pressure will then move over Whistler on Saturday in the wake of the system. Early morning flurries will give way to sunny periods and easing winds. The ridge of high pressure will then dominate the outlook with mild afternoon temperatures and little precipitation. Another frontal system is then scheduled to arrive on Tuesday afternoon.

Saturday: Lingering flurries in the morning, drying up and cooling down in most areas by noon.

Sunday and Monday: Most areas should see dry and bright conditions. Winds should be light. Freezing levels hovering between 700 and 1000m.
