2011 is shaping up as a summer that wasn't, snow pack levels in the high alpine area's from our more than epic winter have barely started to melt. Snow pack in the alpine resembles early June. Weather patterns also seem to be about a month late.
A trough of low pressure moving in from the north, and a ridge of high pressure is well offshore. A week of unsettled weather is the result. A nice day today though so enjoy!
