Atmospheric river round 2

A change in the weather is in the forecast. A big wet one, get your rubber duckies ready.

Another atmospheric river is on the way, and is expected to be very similar to the last one. The strong flow from the SW will continue through Thursday when we can expect a bit of cooling at the end of the whole mess. Local weather experts are starting to name big west coast weather events. This one Poseidon, God of the Sea.
