Warm with some light rain

After another rain soaking from the atmospheric river the valley snow is disappearing rapidly. The alpine regions above 1700m received a good dump of snow. Around 150mm of precipitation fell since last Thursday. This week will be a mild one with freezing levels slowly creeping up over the next few days. Showers are forecast through most of the week with the freezing level topping out around 2800m Friday. This is not the kind of weather we are used to in Whistler during February.

The SW flow of warm air up the coast continues
